LFV Projects is a company specializing in Building Consulting, Contracting and Project Management focussing on the planning and building of upmarket housing.

Why Use Us?

We offer both conventional and management based contracts. Conventional Building

This the most common form of building in South Africa. A contractor is appointed for the total construction period of the project at a pre-determined contract price. Any extras or alterations will thus be made at an agreed upon price.
