  • Our approach to quality will be one of prevention rather than appraisal.
  • We believe that the responsibility for quality must cover the whole spectrum of employees from manager to general worker.
  • Achievement of quality will be effected by:


  1. The development of procedures and instructions in cooperation with role players e.g. architects,professional bodies, subcontractors etc. for each element and sub element.
  2. The utilization of checklists and corrective action forms.
  3. The investigation of non-conformances.
  4. Sub contractor vetting and surveillance on site.
